All, We are having issues with monitoring processes when a process owner is needed. When we built the proc monitor (aka watcher in NSM), the user was an option, and the group owner (if user was supplied) was never needed. However in SysEdge the group owner is required when we need to identify a process owner. Does anyone know of any workarounds for this? We've already engaged CA, however I'm looking for alternatives.
