One quick gotcha for pppoa3:
The makefile doesn't have pusb-linux.c or pusb-bsd.c as a dependancy for
pusb.o meaning changes can get missed on a recompile.
Now the ./configure way to deal with this is to create a Makefile from
Makefile.in and insert the correct list for the OS. Is there a simple if
__LINUX__ case that could be used directly in the Makefile without
complicating things?
