Modem_run runs all the time.

Modem_run init the modem then it forks to read the endpoint interrupt on
which the modem tells all the problems. (When sync is loost, or catch and
maybe other things but we never saw them.). The modem need that we always
read it else he might not be happy. It's necessary to read it while we get
the sync, then maybe you can kill it. In fact we'll probably add something
to kill pppoax when the sync is lost.

I didn't already look at that. I will and maybe we could add config files
for usbd with the driver.

There were a patch in pppoa2(m) to remove the timeout pb that many people
