I don't think so. If we kill the pppoaX, ppp(d) should see that the link is
down and it will do the necessary : restarting the connection or closing
ppp(d) depending on how you configured ppp(d).

Whereas if we kill ppp(d) then it won't be able to reconnect and you will
have to use an external script to reconnect.
