This is the first time I have been able to get broadband, and as you could imagine I'm busting to use it!! :) I wish I was more technical so I could help, but I'm pretty useless in hardware things. How long does it usually take to get these types of things fixed, not that I am pushing, just for information so I can decide what to do (I only have 6 months use out of it).
