On SuSE9 2.4.21-202-smp4G I currently use the speedtouch-1.2-beta2.tar.gz sources to which I had to add with a specific c source file "pusb-linux.c" that Ducan sent me in order to get it to compile (gcc version 3.3.1) My modem is the older green ADSL SpeedTouch USB "Stingray" modem - like the one shown on http://speedtouch.sourceforge.net/ home page. Modem reference : 3EC18607CDAB02 Using Kernal2.4, I connect ok using the kernel mode driver via /lib/modules/2.4.21-James/kernel/drivers/usb/speedtch.o I have tried using both kernel and the user mode driver under 2.6.5.
