Hi,

Just a shot but could it have something to with linespeed being 6Mb but
xfer-rate still 3Mbps? KPN only has upgraded the linespeed but is still
limiting the bandwidth at 3Mbps. I tried it myself and and I also got
delays but not that extreem: 8ms regular and once in a while 50ms.

fc1, 2.4.22, usb speedtch rev 0 kernel driver, pppd 2.4.4b1
