This server is in a remote datacentre, so unplugging the modem is not an option for me. (I use the broadband line as a backup against failure of our main fibre feed). But the server it is connected to is also a mail server, so resetting it is problematic aswell. I'm hoping the developers have the equivalent of of 'cold bucket of water' which I can throw over the driver to wake it up again!
