I'll be editing the mechanisms page a bit more. Seems that with the
include syntax we can have both: all mechanisms on one page, but
with an included page for each mechanism.. Don't know how this will
fit in with the commenting stuff you were going to add, maybe it'd
be wise to not include comments of the included pages..

Remind me to also edit http://new.openspf.org/auth/Wiki_Markup btw

Also, maybe we should put the news of the new RFC up on the page
(old or new, i don't care, at least it'll show that we are not dead..)
