[sphinx-dev] Runaway argument with sphinx 1.0.6

I just updated to Sphinx 1.0.6 from 1.0.2 an get this error in tables:

Runaway argument?
{ Nr.
! Paragraph ended before \t...@command was complete.
<to be read again>
                   \par
l.3064 \end{tabulary}

I get this error in several projects. Was there any change to making tables?
