On that link is a place where you can send an email. Perhaps by contacting
them they just might provide you with the information you want. I do not
know. Actually, the frequencies they use are determined by the specific
test that they are doing and they may not know ahead of time what it is
going to be. I "presume" they have a list of frequencies that they use most
often and perhaps they can supply you with that.
On 19 and 20 January, 2008, they did a test on a Ham frequency, (I do not
remember what it was) but they sent CW. I copied it here in West Chester,
Ohio and sent them a couple of CDs of what I herd. I received a NEAT QSL
card from them a couple of months afterwards.

Thank you very much, been there - done that.
Although quite informative, it does not give me the info I'm looking
for, such as active frequencies and times.
Just general type information such as 2 to 10 MHz.
