Hi Spencer,

I don't know what the heck that is, probably someone having some fun
and games, but it is not the Lincolnshire Poacher tune. The Poacher
signal has not been heard on any frequency since July of 2008.

There is an actual recording of the start of a Lincolnshire Poacher
transmission here:
