they wouldn't feel important if other people could look at them :-)

imagine someone sitting on a bench making a tally of how many cars pass
by, classified by colour. So you approach them and say "can I take a
look?" and the person answers back "NO! MY LIST! MY SECRET LIST! MY LIST
IS SECRET!". You just go "m-kay" and think "geez".

They want to have their extra special secret list, let them have it.
It's the same frequencies that show up here. If something - say - is on
12.120 MHz AM, our 12.120 MHz are the same as theirs :-)
