Hi, I've read the latest revision of this document and I believe it's ready for publication. This is an important draft, implemented by multiple vendors and deployed.
Minor nit: The IANA considerations request the creation of a new top-level registry "Segment Routing Parameters", and a new sub-registry called "Segment Types". The SR top-level registry was created with RFC8986; hence you only need the new sub-registry. Thanks, Pablo.
