Are the carts made of plastic like so many that I have seen recently?

Subject: Grocery Store Cart Storage...

Question:
Grocery Store 'Cart Storage' area - considered .15 / or .20 Density?
Granted - nothing combustible in this room unless like other grocery
stores... they have displays, etc... in this area as well... (The word
'Storage' is the reason I'm asking the question.)

Any comments? Thanks in advance!!
