There are many exception like this one and the thing that I always seem to
catch is where an architect takes 10 exceptions and 9 of them allow 13R
(903.3.1.2) but one will only reference 13 (903.3.1.1)for the trade. The
architect wants the 13R and we have to inform him either go 13 or don't take
that exception. What do I know, I'm not an architect or an engineer, I went
to Joe's school of hard knocks.
