Good Morning Campers.
I did a test of a soft start controller with transfer switch the other day.
We did the 50-100-150% flow points and a transfer at 150%, no problems.
A funny thing happened afterwards. I was doing starts on the fire pump
while still under emergency power and closed the normal disconnect.
In a few seconds the controller shut down and retransferred to normal and
stopped the pump.
I've never seen this happen before. It stopped the pump and then powered
back up on normal power.
I know some controllers can be programmed for automatic retransfer time and
some can't.
I've looked in #20 for some guidance on delay of retransfer or a lock-out
when running and didn't find much.
Anyone have any suggestions? It was a Hubbell controller.
