You beat me to it TMack - Acroplot works very well in the AutoCad environs as well as with other applications. It includes a print-to utility called PDF X-change for other functions as well. But as many have said already, if you have a newer version of A-Cad (we're on 2007) or if you're running Windows XP or Vista, there are lots of different ways to convert, some of which are built-in and others that are free downloads. And don't overlook the DWF format - we work regularly with a couple of repro' shops that host plan wells here in SoCal, and they love DWF's.
