I use AutoDWG. It converts a AutoCad created pdf file to a dwg file. Only
problem is everything is is line segments including the text and everything
is on one layer.
It is still better than redrawing.

Is there a program that converts the other way from PDF to ACAD? I seem to
remember a program that was available a few years back to convert scanned
drawings to something that could be used in ACAD. Anyone heard of such a
