I'd have to also suggest getting the manufacturer involved, even if its
possibly a coat hanger problem.... but ...

I'd be curious to know if this property has a fire pump ? (jockey or pump
surge)

Is it by chance a looped or gridded system ? (Missing or malfunctioning
pressure relief valve)

The 11:30 PM time might point to a city pressure surge from decreased usage
on the grid. What time of days were the other activations?

Any obvious, or no-so obvious, ambient temperature flucuations like those
HVAC split units or in wall units blowing past the head?

Were all the rooms occupied at the time of activation ?

I dont know if these have been already looked at but its the first things
that come to mind.
