Well, I've been deemed incompetent to sign off on a 20 head 13D system here in PA, need to run it past a Registered Design professional according to the 3rd party. He's right, per our PA UCC, just applied real world logic for a moment and was a little frustrated by the irony of it all. Maybe I'll send it to a Professional Land Surveyor for a letter stating "generally conforms to the building" which is all our UCC requires the RDP to say.
Being a 13D, he could comment that we've used an unlisted pump, unlisted tank, in accordance with 13D.
