Agree - Jockey pumps or Pressure maintenance pumps as the standard calls
them, do not have to be listed.

this section is addressing the use of other types of FIRE pumps.  The  
standard does not identify types of Jockey pumps that you can deviate  
from.  They are not required to be listed.  This will be better  
clarified in the next edition (based on the outcome of the recent ROP)
