Actually 25 says they shall be maintained. It is understood by 25
that they shall be provided.
As already identified 14.1.2 indicates t as well as the CMTC under
Plans states Installation conforms to accepted plans.
I doubt that a new set of calculations is performed for a couple of
elbows (that's one of the reasons to leave a margin).

Would you say NFPA 13 "requires" as-built drawings and calculations?
I know 99.9% of the systems are installed exactly like the shop
drawings. But, for that other 0.1%, is it necessary to do an as-built
calculation to match the as-built drawing? It seems NFPA 13 is
based on
the 99.5% and is silent about what documentation is required when
field
changes occur during installation.
