Subject: Viscosity of glycerine

I'm at my wits end with antifreeze system calcs. I've been trying to
understand and learn how to go about converting centipoises into lb s/ft2.

I have found that glycerine has a viscosity of 48.1 cp @ -4f (-20c) with a
50% solution. The problem is that I have been beating my head against the
wall trying to figure out how to convert this into standard units. Does
anyone have a formula for dummies so that a dummy can understand it?

Thanks for your help,
