Dan,
We must not be communicating between us very well, because I don't see
how you can read those seven sections of the current NFPA-13 and come to
any other conclusion than that you must include up to two ESFR
sprinklers in the flowing sprinklers in addition to the twelve required
at the opposite level.
Maybe I just don't see it. Wouldn't be the first time, and probably not
the last.
