I guess I have never ran into this exact situation before. Tenant buildout similar to a strip mall with mostly larger mall type stores - Victoria's Secret, Brooks Brothers etc of 3,000-5,000 sq ft... Every unit has its own control valve and is calculated individually. There are a few small space that are tucked between the larger spaces - 4-7 heads with their own control valve of course, 400-600 sq ft in area. All of the demising walls are fire rated.
Should we calculate just the space or do we need to cross the fire walls to get the required remote area. Thanks for your help and NO the AHJ is not helpful....
