Tom ps-Timmy says hello. Tommy- I think the contents of the letter WRT plan review and hydraulics may become moot when the local AHJ reads the letter you were sent. When the Chief actually reads the letter- I'm assuming he wouldn't have let it go out representing his office if he'd read it- I think he'll owe you an apology, and the question won't be who did the plan review; it'll be who's doing plan review from this point on since you have someone with some antagonistic, sarcastic tendencies doing plan review instead of laying on a shrink's couch. I recall my ex-brother-in-law making a similar comment in court once, when he said "at Penn where he learned law, they taught us this, I'm not sure what they taught at your law school" but he's known for being a prima donna anyway.
