It is my understaning that you are supposed to flow enough water to get a
minimum drop of 10% in the static pressure.  If a single 2?" outlet doesn't
do it, you may need to open a 2nd, or the 4" connection.  Be sure to do the
proper modifications to the formula if you use the pumper connection.

Both outlets are being flowed at the same time, on the same hydrant.
