I know you're just quoting but do you know how they expect this head
to go off? I believe closed head water spray systems per 15 anticipate
a big fire. Such a fire on a deck isn't going to have much effect on
that kind of fire not to mention that if a deck fire is big enough to
set off a head in free air we're way beyond life safety systems and
four head calcs.
