I have the 1990 standard, which states in Chapter 2 (Size and Arrangement of Standpipes), 2.1.2 for Class I and III standpipes that the flow rate shall be 500 + 250 for each additional up to a maximum of 2,500 GPM. No distinction is given between sprinklers or non-sprinklered buildings.
