that would be 1-hour FRR if building separation were 3 ft(half of 6 ft)
between U occupancies.

1-hour FRR on each facing side might be enough to validate not
adding sprinklers. of course, if there is not 1-hr FRR at this time
getting to that may be more cost than adding the sprinklers.
