yes i would want the contractor to install new UG.and i would expect them to
get a change-order if the
 contracts/specs warranted it.

i don´t know how far to go in demanding
 documentation of the UG.  UG and waterflow
 infor are important, that much I know.

because there were
 'significant sprinklers and armovers´ being changed
 i thought the mains should be braced, but am
 MORE than willing to embrace the idea that
 I am asking for more than the standard-of-care.
 Thank you for educating me in this
