Building is approximately 40-feet high (tilt panel warehouse)with k-14 ESFR's calculated for 75 PSI (12 heads). The tenant space is fairly small at 30,000 square feet and includes some 25-foot tall double-row rolled carpet racks (with in rack sprinklers per FM criteria).
