Hiii everyone.. Need some clarification regarding quick response sprinkler usage.
>From NFPA 13,2002, I found quick response sprinklers can be used for Light & Ordinary Hazrad ocupancies. I have read in some literatures that Quick reponse to be used only for Light hazrad occupancy. I am facing a lot of situations of highrise buildings where there are no. of basements meant for carparks. Now carparking area is a Ordinary hazard occupancy,I have seen many of the consultants go for quick response in those areas. Is it really required ? Can I provide standard response sprinklers in this area .? Is there anythng I have missed out?
