Doesn't answer the question but an FYI. I've been told that food grade and technical grade propylene are exactly the same chemically and that the higher cost of the former is due to the increased costs incurred by additional testing and quality control. It's the same for milspec foam and standard foam-additional cost associated with the testing required to get the rating. Foam comes out of the same mixing bowl but the extra milspec costs are recovered by milspec users rather than everyone. Again, this occurs with fire pumps and agricultural pumps. Fire pump users are the ones that amortize the costs of the special listing.
