Winter is here. Yesterday we received 5 calls about frozen piping. Two of the jobs still have frozen piping. The 2 jobs with frozen piping are ALFs, which means they are on fire watch until the pipes are thawed. What works to thaw frozen pipes, heat tapes, call a plumber? We already have fans blowing warm air into the attic spaces, but that does not do the job.
