Welding leads?
Run around installing heat tape?
Seriously, warm up the area with heaters
If using salamanders cause u have to, keep FEs nearby and manned.

Otherwise pull it out, set it warm area, reinstall tomorrow.
And be glad for the stimulus.

Subject: Frozen pipe

Winter is here. Yesterday we received 5 calls about frozen piping. Two of
the jobs still have frozen piping. The 2 jobs with frozen piping are
ALFs, which means they are on fire watch until the pipes are thawed. What
works to thaw frozen pipes, heat tapes, call a plumber? We already have
fans blowing warm air into the attic spaces, but that does not do the job.
