I have come across a DPV that was installed in 78 that from what I was told has
not been rebuilt. When it was opened up the inside looked like it was put
in less than a year ago. I was told the customer paid for the inspectors to
use glycerine instead of water. From all obviuos factors this looks like it is
working beautifully. Has any one else ever seen this before or ever tried it?
