Ultra High Speed Deluge will trip within 200 milliseconds of
detection. Presuming detection at the first glimmer of a spark this is
supposedly fast enough to arrest an explosion. Very sensitive spark
detectors everywhere under low light conditions. The Navy used to
really like these things but somehow got conned into saving money by
using those old rate of rise pneumatic detection (think Suprotex with
those copper tube thingies so that increasing air pressure moves the
mercury switches) making the Ultra Slow Speed Deluge.
