I have a retro-fit of a building where the stairs for the basement to the first floor contain a combustible concealed space under the stairs with no access. Does anybody know of a rule to omit placing a sprinkler in here? I don't see anything that fits from the "concealed spaces not requiring sprinkler protection" section.
