How about batteries? Typically of the stores I've seen the racks are less than 12ft high and would fall under NFPA 13 miscellaneous storage category.
Naturally There are going to be mixed commodities and plastics. Some stores store the flammable/combustible liquids in rooms separated from the general products, some don't. Craig L.
