Greg,
Only 2 models that I know of:
Firelock 707C from Victaulic
and
Sylax (formerly Bombyx) from Socla.
Sylax has wafer type butterfly valves upto 12 inch, but the ones with
a supervising switch in closed position have CNPP approval only.
The models with FM approval have only switches in open position.
