Chris:

Running out the door for the rest of the day. It's the schools AHJ; if
you want to discuss this, call my cell over the weekend or we can talk
on Monday.

Subject: California School

I seem to recall on this forum discussion that a CA state division
required heads above ceilings in what we would consider non-combustible
construction. Something like full ACT(no clouds, gaps etc.), wire here
and there, lighting in ACT, steel duct work and plumbing, occasional
2'x2' return opening to plenum in ACT, concrete deck and steel bar
joists would still need sprinklers. Is this the people who govern
schools, healthcare or am I miss-remembering?
