How would you interpolate if there is only one density for a 16.8K sprinkler?

Subject: Idle wood pallets NFPA 13, 12.12.1.2(a) 2010 Ed

I posted this two weeks ago and no one bit so I thought I would try again. I
know we can interpolate densities based on area etc... but is it okay to
interpolate storage height based on density when only a single point is given
in the table? We have and area/density system that is capable of 0.495/2000
using 16.8K heads. Interpolating between 0.60 for 20 ft. storage and 0.495
would allow 16'-6" max storage height of idle pallets.
