I'd call it a revenue opportunity. Visors would help trip time, but if a water delivery calc indicated a higher air pressure decreased transit time as well, then you have a method of reducing possibly two of the two variables- trip time and transit time- with a little money spent on the FDT program and some elec accelerators. FTD could also tell you what piping needs to be changed in order to enhance transit time, so that you're not just slapping on a second DPV next to each and splitting systems with the results only available after the installation and after all that money os spent- to see if it works or not? That's similar to installing a grid and calcing it afterward- or in the early stage, not calcing it but putting pie pans down on the floor, to see if the sizes were right.

How long is too long of a time for a dry valve to trip before it is considered a deficiency? 25 does not specify but 15 min seams too long. Don't have the previous report to compare it to.
