From there the one minute trip time came to be the conventional standard, although the book only referred to water delivery time after the trip occurred. In the 2010 edition times are specified. See section 7.2.3.6 Dry Pipe System Water Delivery. Although entitled as "water delivery time" it tells you that the delivery time countdown starts at normal air pressure which suggests pre-trip, tto the actual trip, and finishing with water at the test port.
