That was sort of my point - a guy doing an NFPA-10 Extinguisher inspection/service was the one that pointed out the missing sprinklers (had nothing to do with NFPA-25). If, say I/we had pointed it out, probably would have been "show me in the Code" response from Owner. You can bet we will be reviewing this issue with Owner prior to starting any design...
