yes , I see the exception limited to 2000 sf or not more than 1 sty we have a lot of jobs 2sty and cellar. townhouse jobs with an interior bedroom that uses a skylight to satisfy light and vent requirements. however its not an egress window so then the design is by 13 or 13r I was just trying to get a pulse on what other people are doing. the building has not given anything in writing
