Concur. It's not the EC/SC thing, it's the RTI thing. QR shouldn't be mixed with SR but listed coverage area not an issue. If you think about it, mixing those different discharge characteristics is similar to mixing sidewalls and pendents in the same compartment and we do that all the time, especially in residential occupancies, no?

Even though QR and SR cannot be mixed within the same compartment (I.E.-Room) there is no rule precluding the mixing of EC-QR and SC-QR heads as far as I know. > > Does anyone here have any experience in this area ? > > Sean Lockyer > Project Designer 4617 Parkbreeze Court > Cell 386-279-1197 Orlando, Florida 32808 > [email protected] Phone: 407-816-9101 > www.AITLifeSafety.com Fax: 407-816-9104 > > > _______________________________________________ > Sprinklerforum mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.firesprinkler.org/listinfo.cgi/sprinklerforum-firesprinkler .org > > _______________________________________________ > Sprinklerforum mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.firesprinkler.org/listinfo.cgi/sprinklerforum-firesprinkler .org > > _______________________________________________ > Sprinklerforum mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.firesprinkler.org/listinfo.cgi/sprinklerforum-firesprinkler .org _______________________________________________ Sprinklerforum mailing list [email protected] http://lists.firesprinkler.org/listinfo.cgi/sprinklerforum-firesprinkler .org _______________________________________________ Sprinklerforum mailing list [email protected] http://lists.firesprinkler.org/listinfo.cgi/sprinklerforum-firesprinkler.org
