There are several issues here. I did one of these a few years ago.

Exposure to UV, temperature exposure extremes, salt water exposure, repetitive
motion were the most pressing issues.

Try Omegaflex.com or New Line-Hose and Fitting (new-line.com) as potential
sources. This will most likely be a custom fab.

I was unable to find anything that could meet the installation requirements and
be UL listed. Just not out there.

Had to go custom fab and all was well. We informed the owner and FD/AHJ that
the component wasn't UL listed, they understood and had no issue with it.

Subject: Listed Flexible Hose?

I have an application for a floating dock with a standpipe system.  The dock is
connected to the seawall with an 8' long ramp which moves up and down with the
tide ( approx. 3').  I need to connect the 4" main at the seawall to the 2 1/2"
horizontal standpipe on the dock with some kind of flexible hose. UL listed if
possible.  Any suggestions?
Thanks
